  • 2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Cooking spray
  • 7 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
