  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup lime juice (from about 4 limes)
  • 4 boned, skinned chicken breast halves
