Mango-Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup vegetable broth
  • Wooden picks (optional)
  • 1 ½ pounds chicken breast strips
  • 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (1 lime)
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 1 green onion, chopped
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon chopped and seeded serrano chile pepper (optional)
    • 2 fresh mangoes, peeled, chopped, and divided
    • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    • 1 garlic clove
    • ½ teaspoon sea salt

1. Process first 7 ingredients, 1 chopped mango, and, if desired, chile pepper in food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
