  • 2 cups uncooked long grain white rice
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups liquid margarita mix
  • 3 tablespoons tequila (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Garnish: fresh cilantro sprig
