Marinated Chicken Kebabs


  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    • ½ cup plain low fat yogurt
    • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and place in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine yogurt, garlic, onion, spices and lemon juice in a small bowl. Spoon marinade into bag with chicken.
