Marinated Lemon Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 (14-oz) bone-in chicken breasts, cut in half crosswise
- ¾ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, divided
- 1 teaspoon salt divided

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 garlic, minced
