  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons almond meal
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup Yogurt Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon saffron threads, crushed
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons 2% reduced-fat milk
    • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    • 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger

Prepare grill. Combine milk and saffron in a small microwave-safe bowl, and microwave at high 20 seconds. Let stand 5 minutes.
