  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 ½ cup(s) coarsely chopped white onion
  • 2 pound(s) skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried cilantro

    • 1 can(s) tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
    • 1 teaspoon(s) oregano
    • 3 can(s) chicken broth (10 ounce cans)
    • 2 can(s) RoTel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro (10 ounce cans)
    • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
    • Shredded cheddar cheese
    • Vegetable oil
    • 10 corn tortillas (6 inch )
    • 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
    • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic

Grill chicken breast on outdoor grill and cool. Dice into 1-inch dice and set aside. Saut onion and garlic in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Do not drain.
