Ingredients

  • ¼ cup(s) plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 6 large ears of sweet corn, husks and silks removed
  • ¼ cup(s) chicken broth
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
    • 12 cherry tomatoes, or one large tomato, chopped
    • 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    • 1 stalk(s) celery, chopped
    • 1 small red onion, chopped
    • ½ cup(s) mayonnaise
