Southwestern Grilled Pork, Chicken or Turkey with Green Grape Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1-½ Tbs. canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice; more to taste
  • 1 Tbs. dark brown sugar
  • 1 small fresh jalapeño, cored, seeded, and minced (about 1 rounded Tbs.)
  • 2 tsp. sweet paprika
  • 3 Tbs. chopped fresh mint
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops, about ¾ inch thick; OR 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, tenderloins removed, breasts pounded lightly to about ¾ inch thick; OR 6 turkey breast cutlets
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1-½ tsp. garlic powder
    • 1-½ tsp. ground ginger
    • ½ medium green bell pepper, cut into small dice (about 1/3 cup)
    • 2 cups seedless green grapes, quartered
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    • 1 tsp. kosher salt
    • 2 medium scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced (about ¼ cup)

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
