Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño, halved and sliced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Combine the ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag, a shallow bowl, or a baking dish.
