Ingredients

  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 jalapeño, halved and sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Combine the ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag, a shallow bowl, or a baking dish.
