  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil
  • 8 (2-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Cooking spray
