Spicy Backyard Barbecue Chicken Fajitas

  • 1 (3- to 3 1/2-pound) chicken, quartered
  • Simple Salsa Fresca
  • 4 to 6 tortillas
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Easy Guacamole
  • 2 cups spicy barbecue sauce
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, oregano, or marjoram)
