Sweet & Sour Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 4 slices fresh pineapple, spears cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 medium sweet vidalia onion, cubed into 1-½ inch chunks
  • 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup plum sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 ½ inch cubes
