  • 1 green onion, coarsely chopped

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped (optional)
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • Mango Dipping Sauce:
  • Cooking spray

    • 6 (12-inch) bamboo skewers, soaked in cold water for at least 30 minutes
