15 Minute Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) minute rice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (10 ounce can)
  • 1 ½ cup(s) water
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 cup(s) broccoli florets

Heat oil in skillet, add chicken breasts until lightly browned. Remove chicken. Add soup, water and seasonings. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through. NOTE: For a creamier dish, only use 1 1/2 cups rice.
