Ingredients

  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup frozen Peas
  • 1 generous pinch Saffron Threads
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1-½ cups Arborio Rice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, smashed
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    • 1 Onion, chopped
    • 1 link (Approx 4 ounces) Chorizo, cut into ¼-inch slices
    • 1 teaspoon dried Oregano
    • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
    • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    • 2 (Approx ½ pound) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into a ½-inch dice
