Ingredients

  • ½ cup goji berries
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 40 g ginger - sliced
  • 60 g gula melaka (Malaysian palm sugar)
  • 2 ¼ cups water
  • 1 ¼ cup mirin
  • 2 ½ cups Shaoxing wine
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 8 whole chicken legs
