Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh sage leaves
- 5 ½ cups chicken broth
- 2 medium onions
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 ½ cups Arborio rice
