Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (4- to 5-lb.) whole chicken
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
