Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce (light)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 broiled 3 oz breast of chicken
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon balsamic or rice wine vinegar
    • ½ cup snow peas
    • 2 scallions
    • 3 tablespoon cilantro
    • 2 tablespoon ginger
    • 3 tablespoons Asian Dressing
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 16-ounce package of thin Chinese noodles or Soba noodles or angel hair pasta
    • 2 cups romaine lettuce

Take a quarter of the package of noodles for each serving and place in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Cook only until just soft ( al dente ) but not too soft; separate the strands while boiling.
