Barcelona-Style Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 cup Spanish rice, short to medium grain
  • 1 14-ounce can whole, tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 Spanish chorizo sausage

    • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
    • Fresh flat-leaf parsley
    • 6 littleneck clams
    • 2 lobster tails, split
    • freshly ground black pepper
    • 4 jumbo shrimp, peeled
    • Lemon wedges
    • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • ½ cup frozen sweet peas
    • 1 teaspoon saffron threads
    • 2 chicken legs
