Blue Cheese Soup with Potatoes and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 medium potato
  • 3 cup(s) chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup(s) milk
