Bob Hope Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, broiled
- 4 bacon strips, crisply cooked
- onion, chopped (small)
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoon(s) sour cream
Cut the chicken into fine strips. Crumble the bacon and combine with the sliced chicken, onion, butter, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Sauté the mixture in a skillet over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Shortly before serving add the sour cream. Heat through.
