Braised Chicken Marsala
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Marsala
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 red onions
- 6 sprigs thyme
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 4 chicken thighs
