Broccoli Cheese Soup 17
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) green peppers, chopped
- ½ cup(s) onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
- 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cup(s) milk
- 1 package(s) frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 pound(s) Velveeta, cubed
Sauté onion and green pepper in butter. Combine all ingredients and heat throughout in large skillet, or simmer on low in crockpot for 3 to 4 hours. Add no salt. Serves 4 - 6.
