Broccoli Cheese Soup 21
Ingredients
- ½ pound(s) Velveeta cheese
- 5 ounce(s) fine noodles
- 1 package(s) frozen broccoli
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 cup(s) boiling water
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- + 2 more ingredients

- cornstarch (optional)
- 5 cup(s) milk
Sauté onion in butter. Add boiling water, bouillon and broccoli. Cook 5 minutes. Add noodles and cook 5 minutes. Add milk and cheese and stir until melted. Thicken with cornstarch, if desired. Serves 4.
