Broccoli Cheese Soup 24

Ingredients

  • 5 - 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 16 ounce(s) frozen broccoli
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 can(s) evaporated milk
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 pound(s) Velveeta cheese
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 can(s) cream of celery soup

Dice and begin cooking potatoes. Add chopped onion. Cook broccoli in microwave 5 minutes, then add to potatoes and onion. Add bouillon to mixture. Cook all until potatoes are done. Mash with potato masher. Add soup, milk, Velveeta, and pepper. Simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour. The soup will scorch easily...
