Broiled Herb Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1. Preheat oven to Broil/Grill and line broiler pan with aluminum foil. 2. Place chicken on pan. In a small bowl combine the butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme and mix together, then evenly spread a dollop of mixture on each chicken breast. 3. Broil in preheated oven, turning and frequ...
