Buffalo Chicken Chowder

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large yukon gold or other boiling potato, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
  • * hot sauce to taste (I used ¼ cup Franks Red Hot sauce)
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 cup carrot, cut into small pieces
    • 1 cup celery, cut into small pieces
    • 1 cup onion, diced
    • 1 pound chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
    • 2 tablespoons butter
