Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

• Purchased blue cheese dressing
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Additional vegetable oil
• All purpose flour
• 4 boneless chicken breast halves with skin
• 4 lettuce leaves
• 4 kaiser rolls, halved
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 0.6-ounce envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 6 tablespoons (¾ stick) butter
  • ¼ to ¹/₃ cup hot pepper sauce
