Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups one-third-less sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup dark beer
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 4 cups cubed peeled butternut squash (about 1 1/2 pounds)
