  • Buttery Indian style Chicken Curry
  • 1 ½ c chopped onion
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 1 T chopped ginger
  • 1/3 c butter
  • dash of oil
  • ½ c chopped fresh tomato
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 t salt (or to taste)
    • 1 2 tablespoons curry paste
    • 1 c tomato sauce
    • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
    • 2 c whipping cream or 1 can coconut milk depending on preference
    • Fresh cilantro to garnish
