Byrdhouse Spicy Chicken and Peaches
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 ½ teaspoons nutmeg

- 1 ½ cups orange juice
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 (15 ounce) can peaches, drained and chopped
