CABBAGE, POTATO & SAUSAGE DISH
Ingredients
- 1 head(s) cabbage, coarsely shredded (medium head)
- 4 potatoes, cut into chunks (large)
- ¼ cup(s) Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 package(s) smoked sausage, like Eckrich
- Chicken broth
- 1 sliced onion, optional
Cut sausage into 1/2 inch rounds. Add all ingredients in pan and add about a cup of the chicken broth. Cover and cook until potatoes are done. Add enough broth throughout the cooking process to stay moist.
