CABBAGE, POTATO & SAUSAGE DISH

Ingredients

  • 1 head(s) cabbage, coarsely shredded (medium head)
  • 4 potatoes, cut into chunks (large)
  • ¼ cup(s) Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 package(s) smoked sausage, like Eckrich
  • Chicken broth
  • 1 sliced onion, optional

Cut sausage into 1/2 inch rounds. Add all ingredients in pan and add about a cup of the chicken broth. Cover and cook until potatoes are done. Add enough broth throughout the cooking process to stay moist.
