Cheesy Ham and Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 8 medium potatoes, diced
• 1 onion, chopped (small)
• 1 cup(s) chopped carrots
• 1 ounce(s) can chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
• ½ pound(s) diced ham

• • 1 ¾ oz. can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 8 ounce(s) Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 3 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

In a large soup pot, put potatoes, carrots, onions, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Add water until vegetables are covered. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
