CHEESY POTATO SOUP 26
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) chives, chopped
- 6 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 - 4 cup milk
- 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup(s) onions, diced
- 10 - 12 potatoes, peeled and diced
Combine potatoes, onions and bouillon in a large pot. Add just enough water to cover and cook until tender. Stir in cheese. Add 3 - 4 C. milk until soup reaches desired consistency. Top with bacon and/or chives. You can also use an entire 6 inch jar of powdered Cremora instead of milk. Increase ...
