CHEESY POTATO SOUP 26

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) chives, chopped
  • 6 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 - 4 cup milk
  • 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup(s) onions, diced
  • 10 - 12 potatoes, peeled and diced

Combine potatoes, onions and bouillon in a large pot. Add just enough water to cover and cook until tender. Stir in cheese. Add 3 - 4 C. milk until soup reaches desired consistency.
