Cheesy Vegetable Soup 10
Ingredients
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 onion, diced (small)
- 3 potatoes, diced (small)
- 1 pound(s) Velveeta Cheese
- 2 can(s) Veg-All
- 2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
In a large saucepan combine potatoes, onion, carrots, and bouillon with 1 1/2 quarts water. Boil 15-20 minutes or until tender. Add cream of chicken soup, veg-all, and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
