Cheesy Vegetable Soup 12
- 2 pound(s) frozen California blend vegetables
- 3 can(s) fat free chicken broth
- 1 can(s) rotel tomatoes(I use mild ones)
Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 45 minutes. Add 10 oz. light Velveeta cheese. When cheese is melted it is ready to eat.
