Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) cooked beef (¼ inch strips)
  • ½ cup(s) cooked chicken or turkey (¼ inch strips)
  • ½ cup(s) Swiss cheese (¼ inch strips)
  • 1 stalk(s) celery, sliced (medium stalk)
  • ½ cup(s) mayonnaise, mixed with ¼ cup clear French dressing
  • + 14 more ingredients
    • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    • Garnish with
    • dash cayenne
    • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    • black olives
    • Clear French Dressing
    • ½ cup(s) salad oil
    • 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
    • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
    • ½ teaspoon(s) sugar
    • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
    • ½ teaspoon(s) dry mustard
    • ½ teaspoon(s) paprika
    • ½ cup(s) chopped green onion

Put ingredients for dressing in jar and shake well. For Salad: Reserve a few strips of meat, cheese and chicken. Toss remaining meat, cheese, chicken and vegetables. Decorate with eggs, tomatoes, olives and reserved strips.
