  • 6 whole wheat or white mini pita (pocket) breads
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced celery
  • 1 medium tart-sweet red apple, cored, cut into bite-size pieces (about ¾ cup)
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 3 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt and seasoned salt. Gently stir in chicken, apple and celery to coat. 2 Cut slit in side of each pita bread to open and form pocket.
