  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 3 cups angel hair coleslaw
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup chopped fresh mint
  • 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
