Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 1/3 cups onion
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 ¼ pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 ½ tablespoons chili powder

    • 2 15- to 16-ounce cans white beans
