Chicken and White Bean Chili

- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 1/3 cups onion
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 ¼ pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs
- 3 ½ tablespoons chili powder
