Chicken and Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
