Chicken Breasts Tarragon


  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 chicken breast halves
  • 1 t salt
  • ½ t tarragon
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 1 c sour cream
  • ¼ c Parmesan cheese
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 c fresh sliced mushrooms

Melt butter in a 9x13-inch pan. Dip chicken breasts in butter and put skin side up in pan. Sprinkle with salt, tarragon and pepper. Bake, covered, for 50 minutes at 375F.
