  • CHICKEN BREASTS
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 8 oz container sliced mushrooms - baby bella or button
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
  • 2 clove(s) garlic - minced

    • 2 shallots - chopped
    • 1 tablespoon(s) tarragon - fresh
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon(s) sherry wine vinegar
    • 1 cup(s) chicken broth
    • 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch mixed in 1/3 cup cold water
    • 4 chicken breasts (4-6 oz.) - boned, skinned
    • 3 tablespoon(s) flour
    • 1 tablespoon(s) tarragon - fresh, chopped
