Chicken Breasts with Creamy Tarragon Mushroom Sauce

- CHICKEN BREASTS
- salt & pepper
- 1 8 oz container sliced mushrooms - baby bella or button
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
- 2 clove(s) garlic - minced

- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon(s) sherry wine vinegar
- 1 cup(s) chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch mixed in 1/3 cup cold water
- 4 chicken breasts (4-6 oz.) - boned, skinned
- 3 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1 tablespoon(s) tarragon - fresh, chopped
- SAUCE
