  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 cups shredded skinless cooked chicken, from a rotisserie chicken
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar
  • 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 6 flour tortillas

Warm vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, 1 minute.
