  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 18 strips
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Combine all ingredients except the cooking spray; marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Preheat broiler. Thread 1 chicken strip onto each of 18 (6-inch) skewers, reserving marinade.
