Chicken Coconut Curry in a Hurry


  • Salt to taste
  • 100g Frozen Peas
  • 375ml Nando‘s Curry Coconut Cooking Sauce
  • 2tsp Ginger, grated
  • 2clv Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 450g Chicken, cut into cubes
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2tbsp Oil

Method: Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan. Add the onion, garlic and ginger and saute until onion is translucent. Add the Nando‘s Curry Coconut Cooking Sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.
