Ingredients

  • 6 skinned and boned chicken breasts (about 2 lb.)
  • 1 (14 1/2-oz.) can chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium-size sweet onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt

    • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 medium-size red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
